Refund Eligibility
At Mind-Nect, we understand that sometimes projects don't go as planned. Here's when you may be eligible for a refund:
Development Phase Refunds: If we haven't started active development work on your iOS or Android app within 14 days of project kickoff, you're eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
Milestone-Based Refunds: We work in clear project phases. If you're not satisfied with a completed milestone and we can't resolve concerns within 7 business days, you may receive a partial refund for remaining work not yet completed.
Service Cancellation: You can cancel ongoing maintenance or support services with 30 days notice. We'll refund any prepaid amounts for services not yet delivered.
Refunds aren't available for completed work that meets agreed specifications, third-party service costs (like app store fees), or projects where development has progressed beyond 50% completion.

Partial Refunds & Project Changes
Most real-world situations aren't black and white. Here's how we handle partial refunds:
Work Completed: You'll never pay twice for work we've already finished. If you cancel mid-project, we calculate refunds based on completed milestones versus total project scope.
Third-Party Costs: Some expenses like Apple Developer Program fees, Google Play registration, or cloud hosting setup can't be refunded because they're paid to external services. We'll always explain these upfront.
Change Requests: If project requirements change significantly after we start, we'll discuss cost adjustments before proceeding. You won't get surprise bills, and you can always step back if changes make the project too expensive.
Maintenance Services: Monthly or annual maintenance fees are refunded proportionally. If you cancel mid-month, you'll receive credit for unused time.
Fair Use & Resolution First
We believe most problems can be solved through conversation. Before requesting a refund, let's talk:
Communication Issues: Sometimes project concerns come from mismatched expectations or communication gaps. A quick call often resolves these faster than a refund process.
Technical Challenges: App development can be complex. If technical hurdles arise, we'll explain options clearly and work with you to find the best path forward.
Timeline Adjustments: Delays happen in development. We'll always communicate timing changes early and offer options like partial refunds if new timelines don't work for your needs.
